After we updated VM to 4.0.22, YTP to 4.0.5 and VMuikit to 10.29 the pagination stopped working
The pagination links have the 'start' parameter but it renders the first page on every page.

Switched back to VM 4.0.14 solved the issue, other versions are up2date
