New forum for support and feature requests

Discord has become a popular platform for online communities to come together and chat. However, as a support channel for our products its not that great. Messages in Discord have a tendency to disappear as time passes. So we have reintroduced our old forum on the site.

Forums have been around since the early days of the internet, and they remain a valuable tool for online communities. Unlike Discord, which is designed for real-time chat, forums allow for asynchronous communication. This means that users can post messages and we can respond to them at our own pace, without feeling like we have to be constantly connected.

Another advantage of a forum is that everything posted will be indexed by search engines making it a great knowledge database that can be searched and found by topic and problem (both on site forum search and from search engines like Google).

In addition, forums are more accessible than Discord. While Discord requires users to download an app or use the web-based version, our forum can be accessed from any device with an internet connection.

We will keep our Discord (https://discord.gg/RXNT6yrG) server online for more casual conversations. All support and features requests will get directed to the forum.
