I have several websites, do I need to buy multiple subscriptions?
No, you don't need to buy multiple subscriptions for your multiple websites. At JoomlaPro Extensions, we offer the flexibility to use our plugins and extensions on an unlimited number of websites with a single subscription. This allows you to maximize the value of our products across all your websites without incurring any additional costs. Enjoy the freedom to enhance each of your websites with our powerful Joomla extensions without any limitations or restrictions.
Do you have one year (12 months) subscription plan for plugins/extensions?

We currently do not offer a 12-month subscription plan for individual plugins/extensions. Our subscription duration for individual plugins/extensions is 6 months but if you order two items of the same plugin/extension it will extend the 6 months to 12 months automatically. However, we do have a 12-month "Bundle" subscription option available, which includes access to all of our extensions/plugins. This bundle subscription provides you with an extended period of support and updates for all our products. If you are interested in comprehensive coverage for our entire range of extensions/plugins, we recommend considering the 12-month bundle subscription.

Do you support the new PHP 8.x?
Absolutely! We are committed to staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and providing optimal compatibility for our users. Starting from January 2023, we have actively adopted PHP 8.1 and above across all our extensions. This ensures that our products are fully compatible with the new PHP 8.x versions, allowing you to leverage the latest features, enhancements, and performance improvements provided by PHP. Rest assured, our extensions are designed to work seamlessly with PHP 8.1 and higher, providing you with a reliable and future-proof solution for your Joomla website.
Are you using jQuery?
We strive to stay at the forefront of modern web development practices, and as a result, we have minimized our reliance on jQuery. Currently, only a few of our extensions, such as VMuikit and PCuikit, utilize jQuery. However, we have shifted our focus towards utilizing vanilla JavaScript to ensure optimal performance and compatibility with the latest web standards. By embracing vanilla JS, we can provide you with efficient and lightweight solutions that align with contemporary web development practices, enhancing the overall user experience on your Joomla website.
I need automatic updates for my Joomla!® and WordPress websites, do you offer Download ID?
Absolutely! We understand the importance of keeping your Joomla and WordPress websites up to date effortlessly. To enable automatic updates for our extensions and plugins, you can obtain your Download ID from your account. Simply navigate to "My Account" and locate the Download ID. Once you have obtained it, you can easily add it to the backend of your Joomla or WordPress website. This enables seamless and automated updates for our products, ensuring that you always have access to the latest features, security enhancements, and bug fixes without any hassle.

Do I need to buy YOOtheme Pro to use your extensions/plugins?

Yes, for our plugins/extensions that are specifically built for YOOtheme Pro, you will need to purchase a subscription on YOOtheme Pro is a powerful website builder and theme framework, and our extensions/plugins are designed to integrate seamlessly with it, providing additional functionality and customization options. By obtaining a subscription from, you can leverage the full potential of YOOtheme Pro along with our extensions/plugins to enhance your website-building experience. Please note that our other extensions/plugins may not require a YOOtheme Pro subscription and can be used independently with Joomla or WordPress.

My subscription has ended, will my extension/plugin stop working now?
No, your extension/plugin will not stop working even if your subscription has ended. The functionality of the extension/plugin will remain intact. However, please note that you will no longer have access to download new versions or utilize our Support Ticket system once your subscription has expired. Renewing your subscription will reinstate these benefits, including access to updates and our support services. We encourage you to consider renewing your subscription if you require ongoing updates and support for your extension/plugin.
The extension is not what I wanted, can I ask for a refund?
We apologize if the extension does not meet your expectations. If you would like to request a refund, please reach out to us through our ticket system or contact form. By providing the necessary details, our team will investigate your request and assess the situation accordingly. We value customer satisfaction and will do our best to address your concerns.
