Missing downloads when there are lot of files

When there are more downloads than joomla's default list limit, JP CS jDownloads doesn't list them.
Here are some details

Thanks for your valuable suggestion. We already checked with your code seems ordering not working with that. and we are waiting for some big client site to test with this. Already we tested with above 30 files site.

seems our code already works good. we are put this one on hold

As per joomla core modal  limit was readed like bellow
$this->cache[$store] = $this->_getList($this->_getListQuery(), $this->getStart(), $this->getState('list.limit'));
so hopefully our code work well

yes we found listing not found issue in mentioned site. we changed as per your code suggestion. now we changed method as per Jdownloads module codes.
