Unable to Access JP CE Grid Pro Component in PCuikit Package

I have encountered a persistent issue while attempting to reach out for support and am now turning to this forum in hopes of finding a resolution. I've made several attempts to submit a support ticket, only to be met with a "404 Page Not Found" error each time, with no subsequent response. Following this, I reached out via email to info@joomlapro.com to detail my query, but it's been over a week without any reply. I'm hoping this forum post will finally elicit the assistance I've been seeking, without having to exhaust all other communication channels.

My issue is seemingly straightforward, and I'm baffled by the difficulties I've faced in getting a response. I recently purchased PCuikit for Joomla, which, according to the product details , should include the JP CE Grid Pro component. Unfortunately, I am unable to find this component within my package. Could anyone please guide me on how to access JP CE Grid Pro, as it is supposed to be part of the PCuikit purchase?

I would greatly appreciate any guidance on this matter, as I believe resolving this issue shouldn't require extensive effort. Thank you in advance for your assistance and understanding.

Hi Godweb, I remember answering you last week and attached JP CE Grid Pro in the email. It might have gotten stuck in some antivirus software (attached files quite often do).

We did a few menu changes a couple of weeks ago that have resulted in several 404-errors that we have fixed. Might be a few more. We will check tomorrow when everyone is back in office.

We also need to look over the access rights. Both VMuikit and PCuikit should give access to Grid Pro.

I am currently away over the weekend and will be in my car now here for 6 hours. As soon as I get back home I will reply here with downloads for you.
