Display the active tag

Hi,
When I list the tags on a product page, I get a URL like this:
/index.php?option=com_phocacart&view=items&Itemid=281&tag=1194-my-example-tag
When I click on it, it loads the Phoca Cart Category template and lists all the products that have the active tag.

My question is: Is it possible to display the active tag's title?
For example:
"All of our products with this tag: My Tag"
